Story
Sporty Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday.  Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with children that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in.  Spots does well with some dogs that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and has owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned to sit, stay, and lay down.  Overall, Spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. In foster we've learned Potro does well with female dogs and very confident kitties.  He currently lives with 3 kitties and another dog.  He is doing well at the dog park, plus he loves all people.  He can show some reactivity to other dogs when being walked but will easily follow foster when turned away. Potro is very strong but has been worked on the leash and is doing well.  An adopter might consider using a harness and even some sessions with our behaviorist in the beginning. Potro's a great boy and is just waiting for someone to see that and give him a chance to be part of their family, forever!  He is contained by a 4' fence and doesn't challenge it - but if there is a gap in it he will take advantage of it and take himself for walkabout! Potro shadows foster mom, likes to be with her and cuddle.  He is left alone while foster goes to work but hangs around with her parents for several hours.  Although he has a crate he isn't in it that often any more, but having one available would be a good idea for an adopter until he is familiar with everything in a new home. Also absolutely no birds of any kind for this boy! He's showed his skills lately of catching pigeons in the yard, impressive but probably not a dog we'd recommend around poultry! Potro is being fostered in Utah. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 12:51 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Great Pyrenees Rescue Resources of Utah & Montana is sharing this post as a courtesy. Orion is not in our rescue, but we are trying to help him find the right home. If you are interested, please contact the owner directly using the information below:   Meet Orion (he responds to “Ori”) Orion is a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees / Anatolian Shepherd mix who is super sweet, playful, and fun — but also very anxious and skittish, especially around new people. He has been timid since he was a puppy, and adjusting to apartment life has been incredibly difficult for him. This decision is absolutely heartbreaking for his owner, but it’s being made with Orion’s best interests at heart. What Orion needs: • A home with lots of space to run and play • A calm, patient environment • Someone who understands anxious guardian breeds • Time and consistency to help him build confidence Orion does great with: • Cats • Other dogs (must meet off leash, otherwise he can become protective) Important notes: • Chicken allergy — no chicken in food or treats (he will itch severely) • Fully kennel trained • Knows basic obedience • Walks well on leash once he feels safe (fear can make walks challenging) Orion deserves a home where he can feel secure, stretch his legs, and finally relax. His owner’s biggest hope is that he finds a place where he can thrive and be less anxious.   Contact Owner (please contact directly): Name: Brye Lyn Text preferred: 208-801-0140 (Texting is best — works Monday–Friday, 9–5 and cannot take calls.) Please share to help Orion (Ori) find the peaceful, loving home he deserves. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 12:51 pm
