Story
Bao and Tang are ready for their forever home(s)! *Not bonded but good friends if someone was looking for a pair* They’ve come so far from the scared, emaciated, filthy and sick overbred pocket bullies that were dumped on the streets together.  They are sweet, goofy, playful and do great together. Do ok with other large dogs that give them their space but will share beds and toys with each other. We are offering #bogo adoption for these guys. They would thrive together having a buddy they know and trust - but also would be fine separated to get all the one on one attention. No kitties or pocket pets as both can be prey driven.  Great with people but rough and tumble so no little ones.  Email us at aldr@animalluvrs.org for more info! Our adoption applications are on our website: WWW.ANIMALLUVRS.ORG All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need. Any questions, concerns and suggestions, please feel free to contact us at ALDR@animalluvrs.org ##1949660##

Story
Riley is a super sweet girl, she is now 1 year old and weights about 30-35lbs. She is 55% American Staffordshire Terrier, 24% Chihuahua, 8% Dachshund (Wisdom Panel). I acquired her from some neighbors in my complex that were squatters. I already have 3 other dogs and one doesn’t get along with her. I desperately want to find her a good home with a yard that she can run in and live the life she deserves.

Story
Chief -Located: Tampa, FL -Rescue Dog? Yes. I found Chief dumped & extremely underweight. -Breed: Pitt Bull / Bully Mix -Age: 18-24 months -Gender: Male (neutered) - Why is this dog a performance prospect? Chief is a high energy boy who absolutely loves running, climbing, jumping, fetch, and tug. Haven’t tried many sports besides bike jouring and a few mini bite work sessions. Chief would love agility, dock diving, fast cat, fly ball, etc. He will do anything his person wants to do, he is extremely versatile. - Who evaluated the dog? I did. - What is the experience of the evaluator? I’ve been training dogs and working with rescues for 20+ years. -Strengths: He’s a once in a lifetime dog. He really has so many strengths it’s hard to list them all. He’s very versatile, nice coat with beautiful markings, he’s a great play partner, very stable, biddable, high food drive, medium toy drive, doesn’t tire out, a total goof ball, loves everyone and everything. Ignores dog savvy cats. Likes kids and other dogs. Environmentally a very sound dog, nothing spooks this boy and he doesn’t react to anything! -Weaknesses: He needs knowledgeabl handler. He will pull on lead, so continued training is a must. He is also a big time counter surfer, so don’t trust him with leaving food out (he will take advantage). Does not ride good in the car unless he’s in a crate, he doesn’t mind it, but moves constantly and will try to jump in your lap while driving and bark at passing cars (crate eliminates all of those issues). -Other Info: would make someone a great entry level sports dog and has a lot of potential for a variety of sports. All around good boy. Loves to snuggle and is quite the singer. Whether that’s a pro or con I guess depends on if you think it’s cute or not . He can make all sorts of sounds that sound nothing like a dog! ##1994761##

Story
Our super sweet and petite little polar bear is looking for his happily ever after. He is more than deserving of his next spot being his last spot after a life of shuffling, returns, and failure from humans- to no fault of his own. We recently received the heartbreaking news the other day that our Olaf was coming back to us for the third time. Qe were celebrating his adoption almost exactly one year ago. We really thought that was his furever family and received consistent updates. Unfortunately through a change of life circumstances, they decided surrendering him back to us was their best option. Prior to his last home, he had been adopted for 6 months and then just one month- with two other families. We really thought Olaf had finally found “the one.” They had been extremely patient in the beginning until Olaf and their dog became best friends through a very slow introduction process. They spoiled him, loved him, and we are so sad for Olaf to consistently be let down when he thinks he is home. It is believably unfair for him and he is the sweetest soul who charms everyone who is lucky enough to get to know him. Please do not think of Olaf as a “bad dog” or a “tough dog” because he has been returned three times. It has never been his fault and he does not deserve that label or reputation. We are sure that if Olaf could tell you anything from this experience, it's that he is a strong little man who will love you so fearlessly. If you are looking for a true bond with a furry companion- Olaf is your pup! Due to his abandonment in his past, Olaf does not like to be alone and has separation anxiety when completely solo. Olaf requires another dog in the home to feel comfortable and safe while his humans are at work or out running errands. Olaf is not a dog park dog and requires a slow introduction to other dogs, which is a process we are very familiar with for him and will happily help with the adjustment period. Once he is familiar with a dog, he will be their BFF! He loves other dogs, he just needs to feel safe first. Olaf is great with kids of all ages, but is not approved for cats. Olaf is now around 4 years old and is more than ready for his forever family. He is safe and loved with a foster family he already knew and that is easing the pain currently, but he is more than deserving of the happiest ever after we have ever seen.  If you are interested in welcoming Olaf into your life forever (and fully committing to him for the rest of his life) please fill out an application online: www.compassionkind.org/adopt ##1428550##

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  “Hello! My name is Titus! I’ve been staying with my best friends at PetSuites Bloomingdale for a year now! While I love my P.S. friends, I really wanted to have a forever home, so 4 Lucky Dogs Pet Rescue stepped up to help me out!!  I’m about 4-5 years old, I’m neutered and all up to date on all my shots! A healthy pup is a happy pup !  I love cuddles and I really love to give kisses! It’s my absolute favorite &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 I’m a great travel buddy on car rides, I love to go on walks and adventures outside.  I’m super people friendly, I get the crazy wiggles when I see anyone! My tail just won’t stop wagging. I do like meeting other pups but I think a home all to myself would be best for me for right now. I love to play fetch and tug-a-war! PupCups are my favorite too. If you like wet kisses, fetch and car rides, maybe we could be best friends. Please apply for me at 4luckydogs.org Love,  Titus &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 28, 2024, 3:36 am
