Ruby is around 6 years old and is such a sweet cuddle bug! She loves to sleep with you, snuggle on the couch, and just generally be near the people she loves. She would do best with a household that will take her on walks and have time to work with her on training. Unfortunately Ruby and our Shepherd Mix do not get along. We have had her for over 3 years, have taken her to training twice and with a new baby we don’t have the time to train her like she needs. The trainer we worked with said she’s extremely eager to learn and picks up on things well, however since the two had already fought they likely wouldn’t forget and haven’t been able to get along for more than a couple months at a time. We love her dearly and are heartbroken but at this point it’s the best thing for her and our other dog. Adoption fee will include her heartworm medicine for 6 months and to repel any bad intentioned humans.
