Kaida landed on a euthanasia list simply due to overcrowding.Thanks to patience and compassion, she’s now getting the chance she always deserved.Kaida is crate trained and actively working on basic obedience. She’s smart, eager, and wants to do the right thing — she just needs guidance and consistency as she learns. She’s an energetic girl who loves people, sometimes a little too much. When excitement kicks in, she may jump up and occasionally get mouthy, but she responds well to corrections and is learning appropriate boundaries.We’ll be fully transparent: Kaida is still working through some puppy challenges. She can have accidents in her crate, she barks at strangers while she’s figuring out who’s safe, and her enthusiasm sometimes gets the best of her. None of this comes from aggression — it comes from insecurity, excitement, and a young dog still learning how to feel safe in the world.Once she settles in, Kaida absolutely shines. These services are all included in our adoption fee.NFASI is open Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm and hold adoption events periodically around the Pahrump area. Meet Daisy #24472 🌼 Daisy was owner surrendered due to her previous family not having enough time to care for her. She is a very sweet girl who bonds closely with her people and loves being near them. Daisy enjoys attention, comfort, and having her own cozy space—especially a nice dog bed 💛 Daisy does have separation anxiety, so her future adopter should be patient and understanding. When left alone for long periods, she may become anxious, cry, bark, or have accidents. She will do best in a home where she isn’t left for long or with someone willing to help her work through this with consistency and training. Her previous owners shared that Daisy is treat motivated, knows her basic commands, walks well on leash, and loves going for car rides. Staff have noted that she is very affectionate with people but doesn’t show much interest in other dogs and can stiffen when passing kennels. Because of this, we believe Daisy would thrive best in a single-dog home. Daisy is looking for a calm, loving home where she can feel secure and supported—and in return, she’ll give lots of love 🌼💕
