Story
Introducing Kingsley! He is sweetest, goofiest guy! Kingsley loves attention from people. He loves to go on walks (he prefers short walks as he is a bit of a couch potato). A Kong with some peanut butter will make him the happiest guy in the world. He crates like a dream. He only barks when someone he doesn’t know is nearby. He just loves to be near people. He will make an absolutely wonderful companion for someone looking for a chill guy who just wants to be in your company. Kingsley will do best in a home with a fence, older teenage kids. Kingsley also will do best in a home as the only pet. Don't miss out on this boy! Submit your application at southcharlottedogrescue.com

Story
My husband found Roxy in the woods where he hunts a year and a half ago. The vet thinks she is 7-8 years old. She is an amazing dog. Wonderful with children, never barks, very chill, housebroken. Loves her bed and treats. With new work schedules, we just don’t have the time to give her the attention she deserves. She is the sweetest dog. She is overweight and we are trying to combat that now. Other than that she is in good health. She loves to just lay around, so that could be a contributing factor. Lol. She will come with her bed, food, treats, bowls, shot records, everything. I just want her to go with a sweet family, because she truly deserves it. She really is the sweetest soul.

Story
I've had Atlas since he was 10 weeks. He's three years old now (will be 4 in October) but still acts like a puppy. Atlas is very energetic and needs someone who has the time to train him and take care of him properly. He's been acting out and having behavioral issues recently and seems to have lost all the training we've worked on for 3 and a half years so he needs someone committed to him. He's a really good dog and has amazing potential with someone who can give him all the attention he deserves. He doesn't like other animals at all and he's very judgemental of people (normally doesn't like them). Even with his recent troubles with training, he does know to "sit" and "wait" at breakfast and dinner time. He loves car rides, destroying toys, and snacks. He enjoys walks as well but he doesn't have leash manners so I normally walk him at night or early in the morning to avoid reactivity problems. He's a handful but he's a really sweet dog that just needs love and patience.
