He would be happiest in a home without children regularly present and without the chaos of a multi-dog environment. Rookie enjoys being active and would be a wonderful match for someone who likes daily walks, jogging, hiking, or biking, and who wants a dog that truly feels like a partner. Rookie is affectionate, attentive, and loves spending time with his person. He does well with calm routines and clear expectations. He may be comfortable sharing space with cats, but does not do well living with other dogs. Story
I got Pharaoh from a family friend when he was just weeks old, he is about 7 now and he has always been an amazing dog! He is super playful and will play all day long, he is very smart and aware and can read a room! He’s gentle with kids and understands English pretty well. He is potty trained to go on puppy pads indoors and will not get on any furniture unless he is allowed. He does not pull when walking the only time he ever barks is if there is someone at the door and it’s not out of control barking it’s just to let you know someone is there he will protect you with his life especially females. I hate to even consider rehomimg him after having him for so long but I’m at a point in life where I’m wanting to travel the world and I’ve also never been able to provide a backyard for him. I feel that I’m not able to allocate much time and attention to him as life is getting busier He does have seasonal allergies. I’m wanting him to have a backyard, lots of play time attention
