Story
Ruby is named Ruby because Scaredy-cat is just a stupid name. She is sweet and gentle until something scares her, then she jumps. She’s good on a leash until something startles her, then she pulls…. And she’s strong. She’s a beautiful girl. Loving and gentle, loves attention but hates excitement. She’s not a guard dog, she’ll hide behind you in the threat of great danger, or if a butterfly scares her. Quiet, soft, and sweet Ruby, she wants to be right at your feet. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee ($225 local, $525 transport) Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Story
Ginger is a pedigree Staffordshire Bull Terrier, with AKC papers. She is about 24 lbs. She is very affectionate with people and loves to play with other dogs. This breed is very active and has a lot of energy and so she would love daily walks and or exercise. Yet Ginger does well in our small condo. She will do well in a fenced in yard, but only if she is supervised/ watched 100% because she is an escape artist. She is very smart and loves to play fetch. Ginger is involved in obedience training and has learned the sit and lie down commands and we are working on loose leash walking. Ginger will occasionally bark if she sees or hears someone knock at the door or approach the house. Ginger loves to cuddle alongside you on the sofa if you let her. She will be a great companion for the right person or family.
