Story
Hey there! I’m Hudson, your soon-to-be partner in adventures. My black-and-white coat is as striking as my playful personality. I’m a 1.5-year-old, 60-pound, American Staffordshire Terrier mix, but honestly, I’m 100% ready to steal your heart.
I live for playtime and tugging on ropes. If you’re up for a game of tug-of-war, count me in! But when it’s time to unwind, I’m all about chilling on the couch or bed. Cuddling? Nah, I prefer my own space at the end of the bed. Oh, and I’m a professional licker—pet me, and I’ll shower you with affection. I get along with everyone, people and other dogs. I don’t seem interested in cats. I will just sniff them and walk away.
I’m still learning the ropes (pun intended). Sometimes, I get a little hyper and jump when you come home. New people make me bark, but once they offer treats, we’re instant pals. Speaking of treats, I take them like a champ! My kennel routine is solid—I don’t love being crated but I willingly walk in and hang out in there during the mornings while my humans are away at work.
I’m fiercely loyal. If other dogs bark at you, I’ll stand between them and you, thinking they’re “hurting” you. And if a dog whines in the kennel, I’ll be right there, laying down next to the kennel keeping them company. I’m eager to love people and other dogs—I’m just waiting for my forever home.
I’m vaccinated, neutered and have completed heartworm treatment. A backyard to run in or an active family is my dream. Let’s explore together, protect each other, and create paw-some memories!
