Story
Trelawny is a 3-year-old male Golden Doodle (Golden Retriever/Standard Poodle) who is already neutered.  When he came into PAHS he was in need of a grooming so he has been recently groomed in his pictures.  Our best guess is he is a Golden Doodle but since he is a stray--we can't be sure.  Trelawny's regularly long length coat is golden with gorgeous white markings; and he has beautiful, soulful eyes.  He weighs 66 pounds so he is considered to be a large adult dog.  Trelawny is playful, frisky, and would enjoy having an owner who would take him for walks.  He is very loving and sweet; and he would be good with children.  Since we are still getting to know him we are unsure about how he gets along with other dogs--if you have another dog we would suggest a meet & greet with your dog.  Trelawny is such a good boy; some adopter is going to fall head over heels in love with him.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  January 14, 2026, 7:05 pm
