Story
This is Cooper! He is so sweet and cuddly. He is kennel trained and not house trained. He is an amazing dog, and I am super sad to part with. His birthday is Feb. 22, and will he 5. I started college and left him with my parents, and he got a little neglected. He is great with other dogs. He is AKC registered but I don't have the paperwork anymore. He also has a high prey drive so won't do well with any other animal than another dog but prefer to have him by himself. He is also an alpha male and has lived in an unhealthy environment. I do want what’s best for him. I will make sure he gets an haircut and all of his shots before adoption. He will need an home that will be able to take care of him. He loves to be inside but has been made to be an outside dog. Since he is a standard poodle and requires routine maintenance. I am including an adoption fee to insure someone is serious about him and will give him the life he deserves. Adoption will be around March 24.

Meet Tucker!! Tucker is a 4-year-old male Goldendoodle with a sweet, playful nature and a slightly timid side. He does best with dogs who share his laid-back but fun-loving energy. Tucker is crate trained and house trained, rides well in the car, and walks nicely on a leash (though he may pull a bit).   He’s comfortable around cats and prefers older children, as very young kids with lots of energy can be a little overwhelming for him. Tucker loves being close to his people soaking up pets and affection, but he’s also happy doing his own thing—especially when it involves sprawling out and getting comfy.   A true dog at heart, Tucker enjoys tennis balls, bones, and zooming around the yard whenever he gets the chance.   Tucker would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can feel safe, loved, and part of the family.       Applications can be filled out at www.piedmontanimalrescue.com/adopt!  Petfinder and Adopt-A-Pet does NOT send us Applications.   We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home.  Please only apply if you are serious about adopting.  Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine.   The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you. Meet Sammy! Sammy is a gorgeous 3-year-old Goldendoodle weighing about 70 pounds of pure sweetness. With his soft curls and soulful eyes, he turns heads everywhere he goes—but it’s his gentle nature that really makes him special. Sammy is a kind, easygoing boy who loves to play—especially fetch! He’s very proud of his ball and often strolls around with it happily in his mouth (returning it is still a work in progress ). He walks well on leash with just a little pulling that’s easily corrected. In the house, Sammy settles in beautifully. He’s content to relax wherever he lands and is known to sleep in the funniest, most adorable positions. He enjoys playing with other dogs and has done well with kids, making him a wonderful addition to a family home.
