FOR 6 YEARS I WAS HAPPY AND LOVED, BUT WITH A DRASTIC CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCE MY FAMILY HAS TO CHANGE THEIR LIFE AROUND. I WILL MISS MY MOM'S SWEET HUGS. Hi, my name is Otis. I was adopted in 2020, but am being returned to the rescue because of a family emergency. I am in need of a foster home or adoptive home ASAP. I am a friendly , affectionate labradoodle/akita of 75 pounds and 8 ½ years old. I am high energy and can use another playful dog in the home, to work my energy off .However, if it is a male dog, he needs to be easy going. I have a tendency to go right up to a dog's face. If they get bitey, I will defend myself. I do better with female dogs. If you are active and can keep me active, then I can live without another dog. I can only be alone occasionally, for 8 hours at a time. I cannot be crated, but do fine with a dog door into a fenced yard. No cats or small chilren please! Very active 1.5 year dog. Does better with larger dogs compared to small ones, cuddle bug if you get her tired enough. Would do better in a home with older kids or none at all. Needs training to be calm enough with younger kids. Non aggressive just doesn’t understand how large she is.Is an excited pisser but is manageable with an appropriate amount of potty breaks. Over all good girl very affectionate.Knows basic commands. Sit, lay down, kennel, bed, wait (for food). Very smart girl (yet stupid lol) could probably practice agility she loves to jump threw hoops and tunnels at the dog park.Housing situation unfortunately changed just trying to find a good home.

Turk is sweet, lovable 4 year old dog(111 lbs) who believes he's a lap dog. Turk is a Saint Berdoodle that we purchased from a local breeder. He is affectionate and loyal once he feels comfortable and gets to know you. Turk has a timid personality, especially around new people. He does best in a calm, lower activity home, as a lot of activity or unfamiliar people can make him nervous. He prefers not to have strangers approach him right away. A few things about Turk: Turk is neutered and microchipped, Completely house trained, crate trained, sweet and loving, listens well to commands, trained with an electronic collar and accustomed to an electric fence; he has always respected the fence boundary, does best with a predictable routine and quieter environment, needs patience meeting new people.Looking for a home that has a yard, calm environment, patience and stability and someone that understands his personality. He is good with other dogs.

Tobey is a one year old male Schnauzer x Poodle mix as far as we can tell. We suppose that would make him a....Schnoodle? Or some such thing anyway! He is approximately 20 pounds and full grown. Tobey is a sweetheart with a whole bunch of happy energy to spare! He is mostly house trained (not all the way there yet but...he sort of gets it!), good with other dogs, has lived with cats and didn`t mind them too much (might need reminding of that fact occasionally), would be good with dog savvy kids, probably 8 and up, and will most definitely cause you to have a regular grooming appointment at the salon down the street - probably every 6 weeks or so. Tobey has been used to a crate before (might need a refresher course) and is basically full of beans and 100% teenage boy. He is going to need basic training of commands and the like, but he doesn`t do half bad on a leash! This is optimal as this boy LOVES TO GO WALKING! Despite the fact that he looks like a stuffed animal from the expensive part of the toy store, he is actually a bouncy happy sporty little man who needs an active family. Sure, he will love to chill at the end of the day and do some serious snuggling on the couch, but this is basically a puppy who needs some puppy playtime! As said earlier, Tobey is going to need a regular grooming appointment to keep his handsome hair at its very best (and to prevent matting!) Plan on every 6-8 weeks year round depending on how short you keep him. We are currently taking applications on Tobey.
