Story
Meet Tommy Bahama — A Little Angel Who Just Wants to Be Loved   Tommy Bahama is a 3–4-year-old silver and white Poodle who has already learned just how hard life can be—and somehow, through it all, he has remained one of the sweetest, most gentle souls you could ever meet.   Tommy was the victim of an eviction situation where a tenant simply left him and his three sons behind. When he was found, he was extremely thin, covered in ticks and fleas, and so severely matted that most of his beautiful coat had to be shaved away. Only the hair on his head and ears could be saved. It was obvious that this little boy had not been given the care he deserved.   But Tommy doesn't seem to hold any of that against the world.   Instead, he is an absolute angel. He is incredibly sensitive, calm, affectionate, and loving. What he seems to crave most is simply being close to someone. His favorite thing is to gently lay his head on you—and if you will let him, he will happily put his whole body on you and soak up every bit of affection you are willing to give. Tommy is house trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is good with both cats and other dogs. He has a wonderfully calm nature, making him an incredibly easy boy to have around. He seems grateful for every bit of kindness he receives.   And while Tommy is currently very calm, we have a feeling there is a playful little personality hiding underneath all that exhaustion and uncertainty. As his body heals, his coat grows back, and he realizes that he is finally safe, we can't wait to see more of the happy boy that has been waiting to emerge.   Tommy is the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much. He just wants to be near his person, loved, included, and safe. After everything he has been through, we would love to see him in a home where affection is abundant and someone will appreciate what a special soul he is.   He walks well, is house trained, gets along with other animals, has a gentle temperament, and is overflowing with love. Tommy truly is the total package.   All this sweet boy needs now is someone who will show him that being loved isn't something he has to earn—that he is finally home. ❤️     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comAugust 13, 2026, 3:48 pm

Story
Marley Girl is a happy, outgoing  8 year old Aussie Doodle with a heart full of love and lots of years and life left to share. This young senior girl is looking for a new home through no fault of her own because her natural herding instincts have taken over and she is chasing the chickens at her former home.  Apparently eggs are more important than sweet Marley.   This girl at 8 years is not too big and just 45 pounds and has lived with another dog during her life and also cats.  Chickens are different for dogs and so she is looking for a new place to live.  Marley is is fully house trained and potty trained, She loves riding in a car and enjoys watching the scenery go by as she rides shotgun. While Marley has a few years behind her she has so many more ahead of her. Her infectious smile only guarantees that you will be her beloved family that she will adore as an easy companion dog.  This girl is all about being a loyal, family-friendly companion who is past the puppy stage but still ready for more years of adventures, cuddles and making memories, Marley may be the perfect match for you. if you are a senior or a younger person that just wants a mellow dog to love.  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested.     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comAugust 13, 2026, 3:48 pm

Story
JJ is wonderful. He is smart, affectionate, eager to please, and very playful, without being hyper. He is so gentle and a velcro kinda boy. JJ is 4 to 5 years old and about 70 lbs. Not sure his exact mix, but he is so wonderful and does not shed. Truly just a great family dog, and he LOVES kids. JJ is in need of a great family. He would do well with another dog (could be an only dog) and a taller fenced yard. He is good with cats. He is so much more handsome in person, and clearly enjoys water. A must meet, for this boy will steal your heart for sure. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   August 14, 2026, 11:04 am

Story
Meet Arielle -Arielle is a 5 ½ yr old Black/White Bernedoodle and weighs approximately 77 lbs. She is the height of a Bernese and her hair is more poodle than Bernese. She doesn’t shed and allergies have not been an issue in the foster home. She came from a farm in Lancaster and was a personal pet on the property. Arielle listens very well and knows commands. She is still shy but is coming out of her shell more and more each day. Arielle loves to be petted and comes when you call her. Arielle gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home. Arielle is crate trained and has had no accidents in the house or crate. She even lets you know when she needs to go to the bathroom. She considers her crate her safe space and it’s highly recommended that she has a crate so she has her own space. Because of her active prey instinct Arielle should not go to a home that has chickens. Arielle also walks very well on a leash, but if she gets scared she is going to take off and if your not prepared she will pull you with her. Because of her size it would be recommended for Arielle to go to a home with older children. She is UTD on vaccines, microchipped and spayed. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $450.00. If you are interested in adopting Arielle, please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application. Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue 9411 Kings Highway, East Greenville, PA 18041.Pennsylvania Kennel License #13036  ##2750130##
