Meet Noodle – the big, bouncy bundle of joy you didn’t know you were missing! Noodle is a fun-loving Doodle mix, around 4 years old, and extra-large in both size and personality. He came to us from animal control and is now soaking up the good life while he continues to put on some healthy weight and fill out a bit more. This happy guy is friendly, playful, and absolutely thrives on attention. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to be part of everything you do, Noodle is your noodle! He rides great in the car and genuinely enjoys the adventure. Noodle is good with other dogs, but he doesn't like cats. We haven't had him around kids, but given his sweet, goofy demeanor, we think he’d do best with older kids. He’s a big boy and could accidentally knock over a little one when he gets excited. Noodle is getting the hang of housetraining and making great progress. He knows “sit” and “lay down” but will need continued work on leash manners (he can pull) and general basic training. Being extremely food motivated makes training both fun and effective. A family committed to positive reinforcement and consistency will help him shine. With his wiry, curly coat, Noodle will require regular grooming to keep him comfortable and looking his best. He arrived with some yellow staining, but with continued whitening shampoo and proper coat care, his unique look will keep improving. Noodle would thrive in an active home ready for a large, affectionate companion who wants to play, learn, and love big. Lollipop is a little sweetheart and she has tons of personality! Her mom is a small B&W rat terrier mix and dad is a doodle. Mom was taken in as a stray by a lady with an unaltered doodle. Before she could find a rescue to help with mom, she became pregnant. Lollipop was the runt in the litter. She is friendly, loving and smart! She is also a major snuggler! She likes to wrap her head around your neck and nestle in! Lolli is great with other dogs and people of all ages. She has not been around a cat yet but we are confident she will be fine with proper intro. Being the runt, she always seems to end up on the bottom and she still plays hard and never gets mad! Lolli is healthy, UTD on puppy shots and worming. She will be spayed and microchipped before going to her forever home. Based on puppy weight calculators we think she will be between 25 and 35 lbs. Her name is Curly! Gee, I wonder why. A 2-year-old, 40-pound Poodle mix, she was found by a good Samaritan who brought her to rescue. She was severely matted at the time, and she'll need to be groomed periodically. Otherwise? She's great! A jumper, she's a sweet, dog friendly girl (although she does not like cats!), who loves to play and absolutely adores her kennel mate. Just terrific! How about it? Emma Jean is a 4-year-old doodle girl—possibly a standard poodle mix with some red & white setter flair—who’s equal parts classy lady and goofy bestie. She weighs about 60 lbs, with a few more pounds still to gain. She lives for balls, adores cuddles, and yes… she burps like a dude and has zero shame about it. Emma Jean rides great in the car and doesn’t mind cold weather or snow one bit, so winter walks are very much her thing. She is housetrained and not desctructive in the home. She’s great with cats and kids, and would do best with a submissive dog playmate who’s happy to let her take the lead. Speaking of leading—Emma Jean knows her commands (sit, down, roll over, give paw and both paws!) and patiently sits and waits for her meals. On walks, she may even grab the leash and walk you just to keep things fair. Emma Jean is up to date on vaccinations and is currently healing beautifully from an intestinal surgery. She will need an adopter that is not gone long hours as she currently needs 3 meals a day, and she will need to return to the rescue in a few months for her spay.
