It’s hard to imagine, because Ziggy clearly once belonged somewhere. He’s a big boy - likely with some Standard Poodle in his background - and he has that classic Doodle charm: friendly, curious, and eager to be part of the action.Ziggy is sweet, no question about it. He enjoys people and wants to connect, but he hasn’t quite learned his manners yet. At his size, that matters. He can be a bit bouncy and unaware of just how big he is, so he’s looking for a home without small children and with someone willing to put in the time to help him become the well-mannered companion he’s meant to be.And let’s talk about that coat - because Ziggy’s tells a story of its own. Someone clearly tried to groom him at home, and while the effort was there, Doodle coats are not low-maintenance. She’s gentle, affectionate, and oh so happy. Her little hop when she gets excited is the cutest ever!! Betsy loves to run and play outside then come inside to play with her toys. After being found as a stray, we don’t know her history, but it doesn’t seem like she had any stability in the past: she looks around in awe that she is so loved in her foster home. It’s so sweet to see her smiling all the time! Betsy seems house trained, is crate trained, and loves to go for rides in the car. She also LOVES water! We think she will thoroughly enjoy a dip in the pool and to splash in the creek. Betsy gets along great with other dogs, seems fine with cats, and enjoys being around kids too. She truly is a gem!! DOB 6-1-2025 This sweet Poodle Is crate trained and loves to go for walks on her leash. Ella has been spayed, she is Heartworm negative and received a ProHeart6 preventative injection. She is up to date on shots and dental work and weighs about 45 pounds. Ella gets along well with other dogs and LOVES her toys and playing in her back yard. Her adoption fee is 950.00 and her transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS LLC. they are a wonderful transport delivering pets to the East Coast every other weekend The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Her name is Curly! Gee, I wonder why. A 2-year-old, 40-pound Poodle mix, she was found by a good Samaritan who brought her to rescue. She was severely matted at the time, and she’ll need to be groomed periodically. Otherwise? She’s great! A jumper, she’s a sweet, dog friendly girl (although she does not like cats!), who loves to play and absolutely adores her kennel mate. Just terrific! How about it? Wanna take this curly girl home with you? You won’t regret it!
