In the middle of May, Poppy was found lying on the side of a Texas road beside her deceased companion. She was covered in fleas, her coat was painfully matted, and it was clear she'd been trying to survive on her own. Despite everything she had endured, she never gave up. Poppy has blossomed into the sweetest companion you could ask for. She has those soulful doodle eyes that seem to look right into your heart. She loves being close to her people, enjoys playing when the mood strikes, and has the cutest little zoomies. She’s: 🐾 Spayed and healthy 🐾 Wonderful with people of all ages 🐾 Great with other dogs (cats unknown) 🐾 Low-energy, calm, gentle, and affectionate 🐾 Exceptionally smart and obedient 🐾 Well-trained and well-mannered in the house 🐾 Rides beautifully in the car Poppy has survived more than any dog ever should, yet she still chooses to trust.
