In the middle of May, Poppy was found lying on the side of a Texas road beside her deceased companion. She was covered in fleas, her coat was painfully matted, and it was clear she'd been trying to survive on her own. Despite everything she had endured, she never gave up. Poppy has blossomed into the sweetest companion you could ask for. She has those soulful doodle eyes that seem to look right into your heart. She loves being close to her people, enjoys playing when the mood strikes, and has the cutest little zoomies. River is a very sweet boy who loves being with me and my other dog. He came from a neglectful situation, physically and emotionally, and now he's making up for lost time! He loves, loves, LOVES people and kids, wants to be in the middle of the activity all the time. Very sweet natured and is a goofy wiggle butt, medium energy level. He has a little bit of separation anxiety, but is not destructive. He just barks or whines. He is starting to come out of his shell and wants to play. He previous owner said he loves to swim and loves water. Said he will jump in your pool if ya let him. He has a bit of a prey drive and isn't good around cats.
