Story
Meet Nova! Nova is a beautiful 5‑year‑old Standard Poodle × Belgian Malinois mix with a sweet heart, a playful spirit, and a big love for her people. She’s wonderful with kids, dogs, and cats, and she’s fully house‑trained — a truly lovely companion. Nova thrives with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. She loves long walks, playing fetch, learning new things, and being part of an active routine. When her needs aren’t met, she can become vocal or anxious, so she’s looking for a home that can give her the structure, activity, and engagement she deserves. She can be shy and sensitive at first, but she warms up quickly with gentle reassurance and positive attention. Once she trusts you, she’s affectionate, goofy, and eager to please. She’s also not a fan of nail trims, but patience (and treats!) help her feel safe. Nova’s current family loves her deeply, but they know she needs a lifestyle they can’t provide right now. They’re hoping to find her a home where she can be truly happy — one that understands her breed mix, her energy level, and her emotional needs. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving dog who will thrive with adventure, training, and companionship, Nova is ready for her next chapter.
