Sweet Gorda is the ultimate proof that love knows no bounds! Despite spending her entire life outdoors with very little interaction or affection, she has the most incredible, forgiving heart. You’d never guess her rough start once you meet her; she is a total snuggle bug who literally melts into you the moment she’s picked up. She is a friend to everyone she meets, getting along beautifully with humans and dogs of all sizes! While we haven’t seen her around cats yet, her gentle and sweet-natured personality shines through in everything she does. Gorda is dreaming of a cozy indoor life, but she’ll need a patient family to help her learn the ropes of being a "house dog" for the very first time. She’ll need some guidance with potty training, kennel comfort, and leash walking when the timing is right. ‍ To get her ready for her forever home, she is already current on her vaccines, microchipped, and has her spay surgery scheduled!
