I'm 14 lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $450 Max may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a few treats and a little patience, and you’ll see his sweet personality start to shine. Once he feels comfortable, he’s a gentle, loving boy who just wants to be by your side. He enjoys the company of other dogs and even shares his food with them—what a polite pup! Max also walks nicely on a leash, making him a great companion for relaxed strolls. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted dog who just needs a little time to blossom, Max could be your perfect match! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon!
