Story
MUST REMAIN TOGETHER Tip & Cara are 6-year-old littermates who are a bonded pair. They are exceptionally friendly and calm and have a high desire for physical affection. Tip has his own unique traits, like rubbing his feet on the floor when he drinks water! These are incredible cats who have been unlucky in their lives. After needing to be rehomed after their owner became too old, they were adopted by a fellow GW student. We came to know Tip & Cara a year ago when this student, reached out for temporary care due to an ongoing family matter, and we have been caring for them ever since! Needless to say, it is the best thing we have ever done. Albeit bittersweet, the time has come to get Tip and Cara into the lifelong home they deserve. We hope you consider adding these wonderful cats to your lives.

Story
This is Simba. I call him Simba because when I found him I thought that he resembled Simba from the lion king. He seems to like to stay to himself sometimes but he also loves attention. In addition He has issues with his back legs. He can’t fully use them. He can stand and walk but he has trouble keeping his balance. I find it helpful to try to hold him in place while he eats and drinks to help with his balance. I’ve had Simba for a week and would love to keep him but due to financial issues I cannot afford to take care of Simba the way he deserves to be taken care of. Simba is a wonderful companion for anyone who is willing to put in the time to care for him and give him love.

Story
Lucy is the sweetest, most affectionate cat you will ever meet. Our family fell in love with her almost two years ago and she has been nothing but a delight ever since. Unfortunately our son developed ever worsening asthma and sinus infections about a year ago which we couldn’t figure out until he had allergy testing and he’s severely allergic to cats. The allergy meds are not effective and so the Dr is recommending we rehome her. Our boys are devastated. We are hopeful she will find a kind and loving family who will take good care of her!
