Tabby kittens & cats in Jupiter, Florida

Mo was at our door step one morning so we took him in and saved his life. His tongue doesn’t work very well so he drools sometimes but it is cute. He will come up and cuddle when he feels like it but is always running around the house and playing. He is a very nice and sweet kitty!

Rocky is 2 years old. He’s a very sweet boy. He loves his chin, top of his head, and behind his ears scratched. He was adopted from Peggy Adam’s Animal Shelter. He is spayed and microchipped. He has been raised as an indoor cat and enjoys exploring a screened in patio. We cannot keep him due to his territorial marking. He has been treated for a urinary infection, we’ve tried anxiety meds, and prescription urinary care food and none of this has stopped the issue or made it better. We cannot keep him as an indoor/outdoor cat in our area due to the known coyotes/bobcats that have killed other cats in our neighborhood.

Snickers showed up as a tiny kitten on a farm, miraculously bypassing the cows, the pigs, the horses, and the dogs. The owner of the property was an elderly man and he thought best for the little guy to find his forever home. Hello! My name is Kraken, and I’m a sweet young adult cat, around 4 years old, with handsome light gray fur. I originally came from Okeechobee, but I traveled all the way to Jupiter in hopes of finding a loving family to call my own. I enjoy getting pets, love attention, and I’ve been very friendly with the other cats here at the shelter. I’m an easygoing guy and I’m all ready to head home with a family who will appreciate a gentle companion like me. Now, I do want to share something important about myself: I am FIV positive. This means the virus may weaken my immune system over time, making me more susceptible to certain illnesses. But don’t worry, many cats like me live long, happy, and perfectly normal lives with regular veterinary care, a stress free indoor lifestyle, and a family who loves them. FIV can’t spread to humans or other animals, and it’s not easily passed to other cats unless there are serious bite wounds. In a calm indoor home with friendly, sterilized cats, transmission is very unlikely. With love, safety, and a place to call home, I can thrive just like any other cat. I promise to bring joy, companionship, personality, and plenty of purrs to your life.
