I want to share a bit about my experience with Nani and her sibling, Hoku, whom my mother adopted in March 2023. After my mother passed away in October 2023, I inherited the responsibility of caring for them. Losing my mother has been incredibly hard on all of us, and I've noticed that Nani has struggled deeply with the loss. She has become quite aggressive toward Hoku and my little kitten, Kirby, which has been heartbreaking to witness. Over the past two years, I tried everything I can think of to help Nani readjust. I enlisted a coach, watched countless videos, and put in so much effort to re-socialize her, but unfortunately, it hasn't worked. It truly pains me to see that both Hoku and Kirby are terrified of her. Despite this, Nani has moments of sweetness; she doesn't enjoy being carried, but she often finds her way into my lap when she needs affection. She can be loving and playful, and it breaks my heart to lose her. My goal is to find her a loving family.

Story
Teemo is a cuddly cat who adores pets and attention, he’ll happily curl up in bed with you and meows a lot to you. He likes rubbing up on your legs too. He’s confident and playful, with lots of energy, so he needs a home that can give him interactive playtime and mental stimulation. Teemo is curious about the outdoors but is mainly an indoor cat. He is really good at catching lizards and bugs. He is a rescue and has a minor heart murmur but it hasn’t affected his health or energy in any way. He’s affectionate with humans he trusts but can be shy around toddlers or small children, so a calm home is ideal. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been getting along with my other cat and I have a baby on the way, so we are looking for a good home for him that’s willing to take the time to match his energy and show him love. He is very confident so he may be ok with other confident cats. With attention, stimulation, and lots of love, he’s ready to be your new best friend! Litter box, kennel provided
