Story
We adopted Louie from the SPCA when he was 8 months old. He is now 5. He has lived on an acreage the whole time and has loved the outdoors in the warm months hunting and patrolling around and hiding in the grass. For the winter he settles into the routine of staying inside enjoying his humans company and sleeping under the blankets on the bed. Louie is laid back, full of love and cuddles and thrives on routine. So much that when we are away from, which we are very often, he gets more and more stressed out and anxious. As we tend to be away from home quite often we do not wish for him to go through this restlessness anymore and would rather see him in a home where he can consistently have his humans around and follow his routines. We had a small chihuahua for a period of 3 years which he got along with great! He is not a fan of larger dogs and we have never had him around other cats.

Story
Citrus is a sweet little boy. He's three years old. He enjoys his alone time but always enjoys playing. I adopted Citrus as a stray, but can no longer keep him due to landlord restrictions. He loves bird watching and smelling new scents. He's acquired the nickname stinky and mostly responds to that.

She has been in SCAT`s care since August 2024. She came off the streets with a significant eye injury that took time to heal. This stunning black beauty is full of personality, energy, and charm. She has come a long way in foster care and continues to make progress every day!TikTok is playful, curious, and hilariously entertaining. Whether she is stealing dryer balls from the dryer, bird-watching from the window, or “helping” with chores, she brings joy (and a little chaos) to every corner of the house. She’s super smart and loves being around people—but only on her terms. TikTok enjoys closeness, but not cuddles unless she initiates. She currently does not like to be picked up or held, so she needs a family that respects her boundaries. While she has a sweet side (yes, she’ll sometimes become a lap cat!), TikTok is still working on some behavioural quirks like play-biting and foot attacks—usually when she feels ignored or overstimulated. She would thrive in a quiet but busy home with no other cats and no small dogs. Larger dogs could be okay if they’re very patient and gentle and will accept her as their new boss!TikTok is best suited for an experienced cat household or a family who will give her the space, structure, and love she needs to fully embrace the luxury of b

If she wants attention she will make herself known by flopping on her back at your feet. She plays on her own terms; her favourites include springs, tunnels, and fleece strings. Squirrel`s little legs are too small to climb by herself, but she likes to be helped up to the window perch or the top of the cat tree to sunbath and watch the world go by. For such a little girl she has a big voice and likes to tell you about her day (even if you`ve been with her the whole time).Squirrel would do well with other cats if they are okay being bossed around by someone half their size. She doesn`t discriminate between her people; whoever is willing to give her attention at the time is her favourite at the time. She is extremely food-motivated so winning her over is as simple as giving her a treat. During downtime Squirt enjoys being close to you, receiving the occasional pet (she is sooooo soft!), but not usually on your lap.
