Meet Minnie, a 9 year old spayed female who was surrendered to the shelter back in July. Sadly, Minnie hasn't gotten much attention during her stay here, but we're doing everything we can to send her to a good home. Minnie can be a bit moody, sometimes inviting affection and other times, biting the hand that feeds her, so to speak. Flora was not too happy with staff when she first came in, however, she's truly blossomed here at CHA and now she's as sweet as can be. Meet Daryl, a seven year old neutered male who was surrendered to the shelter a few weeks ago. Daryl was surrendered because he didn't get along with the other resident cat and children. For this reason, we think that Daryl would do best as the only cat in an adult-only home. Since he's been at the shelter, he's been as sweet as a can be to staff and we're certain that under the right home conditions, he'd be an amazing addition to a family.
