Story
Rosie is a 5/6 yr old red heeler with a chill personality and obsession with tennis balls. (Seriously, the girl hoards them all over my apartment.). She loves hikes through the Greenbelt and lounging outside in the sun on those lazy afternoons. She also enjoys watching TV, especially if horses are on screen (She will let you know when!), and hanging out with her humans. Rosie came to live with me a few years ago and she has been an amazing companion ever since. The problem is Rosie deserves a life with a family who has more time and space for her. My schedule as a full time student and full time work has put a strain on her quality of life and happiness, and it’s come to a point where it’s not fair to her anymore. I am looking for a family or individual who has more time than I currently do to enjoy her goofy and loving personality. She gets along with other animals and children and has no history of aggressive behaviors.

Story
Bronx was adopted from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley (HSSV) on April 23, 2023. He was 11 weeks old and weighed 9.20 lbs. and presumed to be a Border Collie Mix but staff was unsure what he was mixed with. Since his adoption he has completed the required Puppy Training course provided by HSSV while also receiving continued training by his family. Bronx is potty trained, knows the basic commands (sit, stay, leave it, etc..) but could benefit from more extensive and regular training and strong leadership from pack leader or family. Bronx loves to run, fetch and socialize with other dogs and people. He has been trained to be both on and off leash and responds to commands when off leash; but keep in mind he's still a puppy and sometimes gets distracted and may need commands repeated. Bronx also can get a little over excited when it comes to meeting other dogs and people and may jump on them or at them to greet them. BRONX IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA.

Story
Meet Pickles, a 2-year-old, 10-pound Miniature Australian Shepherd with a heart as big as his energy! This friendly, affectionate little guy is equal parts cuddle bug and zoomie machine. Pickles thrives on playtime—especially with his doggie pals—and he never turns down a squeaky toy or a game of chase. He’s great with other dogs and would absolutely love a canine companion in his forever home. Though he’s still finishing up his potty training journey, he’s almost there and making consistent progress. He’s already crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night, dreaming of toys and tail wags. Bonus: His eyes are of two different colors!! Pickles is currently fostered in Austin, TX, and is available for adoption only within the Austin area. He’s looking for a home that can keep up with his active nature, provide structure, and shower him with love. Bonus points if you're around more often than not—Pickles is happiest when he’s with his people or pup friends. Must-haves for Pickles' forever home: A doggie sibling A fenced-in yard Adopters who are home more often than not Children in the home must be age 7 or older Located in the Austin, TX area only No swimming pools, unless fenced. Luke’s adoption adoption fee of $450 includes vet exam, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heart worm/tick test & preventative, neuter, and microchip.
