#A5751958 Mort is a 2-year-old male Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, possibly hound mix, with a brown and black coat, big floppy ears, and the sweetest, soulful face. Found as a stray on January 25, 2026, alongside Palmer A5751957 , Mort weighs 93 lbs but is very underweight for his breed and will need time, good nutrition, and care to reach a healthy weight. Mort is a big boy with even bigger paws and a gentle presence. Though the shelter has been overwhelming, his soft expression and calm demeanor suggest a kind, affectionate dog underneath it all. He’ll need patience as he settles in and regains strength. Mort is adoptable on a $50 trust waiver so his new family can continue his care and help him fully recover.
