Tony is a 6 month old jindo mix pup who was born in a field to a mama who was chained up her whole life. The owner wanted to sell the puppies to the meat market!! We stepped in, made sure mama got spayed and all puppies were safe. Tony will be ready to take his freedom flight this summer, but he needs a committed foster or adopter to board! Story

Midori was part of a rescue mission of 75 dogs who were trapped in a flooded house in South Korea. For most of her life she lived on a chain and when she was found pregnant, and was quite literally keeping her head literally above water to stay alive. After being rescued, she lived at the shelter and made lots of dog friends and gave birth to her 5 healthy babies. When they were adopted and taken from her, she was heartbroken and shut down, and due to this, she was deemed as a no fly dog. Now, after some decompression and our amazing volunteers fostering her in Korea, we are able to give her a fighting chance! She is a kind, sweet dog who is looking for someone who is patient and loving. She loves pets, to be around her dog & human friends, and always has a smile on her face. She is just starting to show her personality and we are so excited to see the silly girl we know she is! Sometimes she gets a little scaredy but with the right home, she will be able to flourish and work through her anxiety. She is the most resilient dog you will ever meet! She will be taking her freedom flight back with her incredible foster at the end of July. Midori is 3 years old and about 20ls of cuteness.

Balloon is a sweet, bouncy boy who was rescued from the same horrific situation as Midori, Moonshine, and their babies! They were all chained (with 70 other dogs) in a dead hoarders flooding house, just trying not to drown! Balloon is about 45 lbs, 3 years old, and cleared to take his freedom flight! Balloon got his name because when he sees his human friends at the shelter he cant help but jump for joy high in the air! Does the dog like to be touched? Any issues with touching anywhere specific on the dog’s body? Allow the whole body to be touched. 21. Destroys and chews anything in the house? NO 22. Possessive towards food or toys or etc. with humans and/or other dogs? NO 23. Any past or present health issues? She was hurt a lot when she was attacked by several dogs. But she didn't attack the other dogs at all. 24. Rescue story? A grandmother over 90 was taking care of all the local stray dogs in her yard. The grandmother was in such a poor situation and her chronic illness worsened that she could no longer take care of the dogs. We rescued all the dogs she was caring for and built a small shelter. Nancy is the brightest of the dogs. I liked everyone who approached her. We rescued her, hoping that she would meet her family for the rest of her life as a pretty princess.
