Milo is a 2ish-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. His story began on the streets, where he was found emaciated and struggling to survive. But thanks to some dedicated rescuers and a whole lot of love, Milo has made an incredible recovery. Milo is a playful, affectionate dog. Whether he’s racing around the yard or snuggling up on the couch, Milo brings a contagious energy and warmth to the home. He is a big goofy guy. Milo gets very excited on leash when he sees other dogs. He will benefit from an owner that can do some more training with him. Luckily, Milo loves to learn and responds really well to positive reinforcement. He's still young and full of curiosity, so he’ll thrive in a home that enjoys adventure, playtime, and lots of cuddle sessions. He’s also got a sweet, gentle side—curling up beside his people is one of his favorite things to do. Milo's come a long way from where he started and is more than ready for a fresh start with a family who will love him as much as he loves them. He may be shy at first and take some time to decompress, but once he’s comfortable, his sweet and gentle nature comes through. Buddy absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys their company. He is both house-trained and crate-trained—in fact, his crate is his happy place! When left alone, he prefers the security of his kennel, and even when his humans are home, he often chooses to relax there with the door open. This lovable senior does well on a leash and would thrive in a quiet, low-energy home with a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to adjust. While he hasn't been around young children, his gentle nature suggests he would be great with them. We don’t know how he is with cats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve.
