Story
Silas is a typical Siamese! Very talkative and loves being with his people! He doesn’t seem to care for male cats, but doesn't seem to mind the females in his foster home.  He enjoys being petted, playing with his chicky toy on a string, and watching birds through the window! He would do best with an experienced owner who is familiar with the breed. He is 3 years old and is a full bred Seal Point with pedigree papers. Email AnimalRescueCarolina@yahoo.com with questions.  Apply to adopt:  https://form.jotform.com/241715082920149 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 13, 2026, 2:01 pm

Story
Hi, I`m Frank Sinatra, and I am a Priority Pet!I’m not much for the spotlight these days, but I’m hoping someone out there might still hear my song. I’m a 4-year-old, 12-pound blue-eyed gentleman with a signature look — a little cross-eyed, a lot charming. Some might say I’ve got that classic, old-school appeal… I just need the right audience to appreciate it.I had a home once, and I truly thought it was the one. But sharing the stage with other cats just wasn’t my style, and I couldn’t quite find my groove… so I found myself back here again. It’s left me wondering if I’ll ever land the right gig. What I’m looking for now is simple — a calm, peaceful home where I can finally relax. No other cats, please. Maybe no dogs either, or at least a very quiet setup. I just need a little time, a little patience… and someone willing to let me open up at my own pace. Every now and then, I’ll still play — bring out a wand toy, especially one with a feather, and I might show you a little spark of that old swing. But what I really want is something deeper… a place where I feel safe, where I belong. I may be a quiet & kind of chirpy guy right now… but if you give me a chance, I promise — in my own soft, steady way — I’ll make you swoon. Story
Skylar is the definition of a wallflower — quiet, observant, and still learning that the world can be a safe place. She’s currently living in our Administrative Offices alongside our loving staff. Over the past two months she has been slowly showing us little glimpses of trust in her own unique way! While Skylar is not ready for hands yet, she absolutely adores being petted with a back scratcher. She melts into it, purrs loudly, and even drools when she gets especially relaxed. Every now and then, when she’s fully enjoying her spa treatment with her eyes closed, she doesn’t even notice a gentle hand sneaking in for a few soft pets. Progress with Skylar is slow and steady — and incredibly rewarding. There are two things Skylar truly loves in life: FOOD and other CATS. She gets excited the moment treats or meals appear and happily squeaks at the other cats as they pass by. We believe another confident, friendly cat may help Skylar continue to blossom and feel secure.Skylar is looking for a very patient home that understands she may never be the type of cat demanding constant human affection — and that’s okay. Right now, companionship from other cats seems to bring her the most comfort and confidence. She needs someone willing to let her move at her own pace, celebrate the small victories, and love her for exactly who she is.------My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention.
