Story
About Grizzly
Grizzly has spent a few weeks in foster care and is settling in beautifully! He's a calm, gentle giant who loves cuddles, even if he doesn't quite realize just how big he is. Grizzly has met a few dogs and is generally social with smaller ones, but he can be reactive toward larger males. Because of his size and strength, we're currently looking for a home without other pets while he continues building confidence and working on his training.
Training & Support
Grizzly is already showing promise with his manners and is respectful around cats. He's still learning his leash skills, so continued positive, reward-based training will help him become more comfortable and reliable on walks. Gentle guidance, patience, and consistency will go a long way in helping him shine. A home with a yard would be ideal, giving him a safe space to practice his leash skills and stretch his legs.
Ideal Home
Grizzly would do best in a calm home without other pets, where his people can focus on his training and give him plenty of love and attention. His new family should be prepared for a big dog who is equal parts cuddly and strong, and who thrives with gentle guidance. With time, patience, and structure, Grizzly will blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion.
