  Meet Abraham! This big ol' hunk of love is a real gem of a dog! At the young age of 1.5 yrs old, Abe is a social guy thats good with other big dogs, and small dogs! Abe is quick to make friends with humans, and seems to do great with men and women alike. Abe is a smart, and has already cuaght onto a lot of basic obedience training during his short time with us. He would love to go to a home with a family that will be committed to his on-going training so that he can continue to thrive and be the best version of himself. Abe came to us with an old injry to his scapula that had since healed. He was seen by an Orthopedic specialist and at this time is was determined that the best thing to do was to leave thing be. It doesn't casue him any discomft, he's still able to use his leg, it will alwasy just look a bit "wonky" and affect his range of motion in that shoulder and alter the way he walks a bit. It doesn't slow him down one bit, this big goof ball still loves his walks and playtime! Abe is an incredibly sweet dog, who is going to make an outstanding K9 citizen, and a wonderful addition to a loving family. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates!
