Story
Meet Snowflake! He is a jindo mixed breed who got rescued recently from our team. He is one-year-old, 15.8kg/34.8lbs boy. Behaviours from the previous foster: He is very smart and gentle. He is well potty-trained. He isn’t a big barter. Even if he barks when he is scared by a stranger, he can stop soon with your short and firm “No”. He has no separation anxieties at all and he is ok with bath, groomming, ear cleaning. (He gets a little bit nervous in the dry room but can be stay still.) He has good walking manner. He can walk at owner’s pace together. He gets along with other dogs too. But he walks, he tends to concentrate to only his walking. He doesn’t have any interest in other people and dogs on his walk. He may be a little bit shy at first time, But he will approach to you once you give him some time and space to get used to his new environment and his new family. He loves people so much and especially the one who give him an attention and cuddles. He has so much love in him. He will give you a big love if you show him your love. He would love to play with you and be with you forever.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Binnie🤍 💙 Binnie’s Update Account: @imbo_family_ 1.) Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. 2.) Rescue Story * Binnie had been at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time without being rescued due to limited space at the Adogs center. One day, his weight suddenly dropped, raising health concerns. Adogs stepped in just in time to rescue him. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is shy a bit with new people. As a result of consistent training, he has become much less wary, even taking treats and sniffing people he has never seen before. Now, he knows how to be affectionate not only with his foster family but also with visitors who come to the house. * With Dogs: Coexists peacefully with other dogs and doesn’t show much interest first. Doesn’t approach them to greet but is polite enough to respond to greetings of other dogs. Showed some defensive nipping to sudden approaches in the past but is improving as he meets more dogs. * With Cats: Waits gently when seeing cats. * Separation Anxiety: Mostly rests napping or sometimes plays with balls when alone. Recently, stayed for three days at a boarding facility, where he was anxious and had trouble adjusting for the first six hours. After that, he settled in well. When left alone with strangers, he either approaches them and barks or sniffs them. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but uses pee pads indoors without any issue. * Hygiene: Handles bathing, brushing, drying, and tooth brushing like a pro. * Walks: Loves walks and matches his pace to yours! Doesn't get startled by the sound of motorcycles or cars and strolls along calmly while checking his surroundings. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness; relaxes well during car rides. * Barks and may show defensive nibbling when strangers visit home or suddenly reach out their hands to him during walks. Dislikes to be intuded in his territory and sometimes nips in such situation. Is getting constant training to fix it. * May bark defensively if someone suddenly runs toward him during walks. * Likes playing with a squeaky ball and doing nosework with treats. Wiggles happily when his butt is petted. * Does not like to be touched on belly, so it is recommended to approach carefully and to touch it as if petting softly. Is scared of staircases in buildings and is currently being trained slowly with treats. For now, he’s still being carried when he has to climb the steps. * Has mastered several commands like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'paw,' 'another paw,' 'nose,' 'high-five,' 'kiss,' and 'house.'

Story
Greetings. I am MITZI and here is a little info about me:Breed: Prague Rat TerrierAge: 5 yrs (age verification check in progress)Gender: FemaleWeight: 30 lbsHeight: 18 inCountry of origin: Rep of GeorgiaHighlights: Funny, energetic, eager to please, vigilant, smart, insecure, territorial, devoted, fear-reactive, shy This energetic girl is a true terrier, vigilant and alert! A natural ratter, so rest assured: a mouse problem will never be an issue with this sharp protector around.Due to instability for rescue teams, I have an urgent need to reach a safe, forever home as soon as possible. The rescue story kicked off an entire shelter! Showing up near the beach, too little to be alone, likely separated from summer tourists. Right after being hit by a car while chasing traffic, rescue came quickly. An injured leg required immediate vet care. Though no owner was found, I became the inaugural saved dog that launched the entire rescue shelter!Don't worry, the injured leg is perfectly healed now, and this girl is at the epitome of health! Sporting the most adorable smile, showing off pearly whites is a favorite pastime.Enjoying interesting foods like eggs, sardines, cheese, and chicken is a must. Also, I can be pretty funny at times! This little terrier is quite smart and eager to please, but quirks do exist. Being rather shy and insecure still, this leads to a bit of "yappy" protection barking when strangers enter "my" person's room. The feeling is, once a home of my own and built confidence are established, this will diminish entirely.Getting cold easily means loving to be covered up—it's so nice and comforting! Enjoying snacks and toys is a given, so hope the new human likes to play and share goodies! A few fears require help overcoming: big dogs (street trauma), leashes, and quick movements. If willing to assist in overcoming these small hurdles, the reward will be a most devoted dog and lifelong companion! Energy Level:  Moderate- highI get along with:Dogs: YesCats: UnsureKids: Unsure, rescuer states likely, but no video proof Fears: Big dogs, leashes, sudden movements. Please be patient with me during my transition.Training:Leash training: No. Please be prepared to help slowly train me.House trained: Yes. Please help me learn where to go in my new home. Health notes:I have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is $750.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver.  Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in - at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. You will NOT be asked to pay a passenger fee on top of the cargo fee. [MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.[TURKEY] Dogs from Turkey receive a 4D SNAP test to include Leishmania, Heartworm, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasma, as well as Giardia, Parvo, Corona & Distemper. ##2589536##

Stop scrolling, you found me! My name is TRIXI and here is a little info about me:Breed: Chihuahua mixAge: 10 yrsGender: FemaleWeight: 10 lbsHeight: 11 inchesCountry of origin: USA, New MexicoHighlights: Easy-going, charming, snuggler, guard-dog, happy I have an extra-large personality for such a tiny dog, and trust me—my constantly wagging tail proves I am a happy girl!My whole world was turned upside down when my person was found dead and their family could not keep me. My cat sibling and I were surrendered to the shelter. While there, I contracted Coccidia, but I have been treated and the issue is completely resolved. As a truly easy-going senior, I am a total couch potato! Hanging out with my people to snuggle is a favorite pastime, and I burrow deep under the covers when I sleep. Though a snuggler, I have a bit of a guard-dog spirit too: I will bark when strangers come to the house. Showing my charming side, I especially love the women I meet and do very well with my foster dog siblings, large and small. It seems like I may have been an inside dog using a potty pad. So your patience teaching me about going out is appreciated. I do have a heart murmur that is managed with medication. You can hide my pills in a little piece of Vienna sausage—it works every time! My rescuers will be having dental work done soon, as I likely need some extractions. Update to come.If I could find a calm home that needs a dedicated lap warmer, who will fiercely (and loudly) love their family (from the safety of the couch), I will be in heaven. Story
Looking for a little buddy? I'm ALLEN and here is a bit about me:Breed: Chihuahua MixAge: 12 yrsGender: MaleWeight: 14 lbsHeight: 14-1/2 inchesCountry of origin: USA, New MexicoHighlights: Mellow, sweet, gentle, quiet, affectionate senior Ready for a peaceful life? I am a delightful, mellow senior who just needs a soft bed, a cozy home, and lots of treats!Found wandering as a stray on the streets, I was brought to a local shelter. After spending about a week there, the kind rescue tagged me and placed me into a loving foster home. Knowing my people are close by makes me happy.Being extremely gentle and sweet, I spend many hours of the day asleep. I am so quiet that my foster family says they have never even heard me bark! Showing my affectionate side in a very quiet way, I wiggle my little stump of a tail when my people approach me. Doing very well with other dogs, big or small, I am not anxious when left alone.Though I am housetrained, I do wear a belly band inside the house... just in case, as I will mark objects (I promise I don't mark much!)I am losing my eyesight, but can still see, especially in bright light. I can be particular about my foods—I love Purina Beneful foods and treats! Though maybe through experimenting, you can find something I like that is healthier.A quiet home that appreciates a low-energy senior who simply wants to share space with a loving, patient person would suit me best. Energy Level: LowI get along with:Dogs: YesCats: UnknownKids: Unknown Fears: none observed. Please be patient assisting me in my transition.Training:Leash skills: in progress.
