Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.NO SMALL CHILDREN - 10 YEARS OLD OR OLDERDid someone say Cuddle?  How about treat?  Gryffin is my name!  Yes, I am just this happy and silly.  I am a shy little munchkin.   I love to cuddle and will need another small dog in the house for me to be happy. I am a sweet boy.  I love to play in the yard (must have a fenced yard)  with the other fur kids.  Mom has lots of trees and plants and we play tag all day long.  I love to lay on our pillow in the sun.  Mom works in the yard a lot so we are always watched when we are outside.  We have a doggie door, so along with the big dogs, can come and go as we need to. I  was found with my litter mates in a box next to a dumpster.  Who would do that to us?   We were saved, and given all the love and care a scruffy guy could ever need.   And now, I am  ready to find my forever home!   No small children. If you are interested in meeting me, please apply!  I am only doing private meetings. AARFhouston.org/forms ========================================================= Please contact  app@aarfhouston.org for more information about this dog. You can apply online by clicking on Application . Puppies that are under 4 months old cannot be adopted outside of our Veterinary Service area.  Please call for specific locations. Children under 8 years old often are not a good match for our puppies and dogs.   In order to protect both, your child and our rescued dogs/puppies from harm, we seldom if ever adopt to families with young children. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events.  Thank you for considering a rescue! The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip. Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old. It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it. NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others. AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.NO SMALL CHILDREN - 10 YEARS OLD OR OLDER No trailers or apartmentsGracie shows her super powers. She can climb moving objects like a bird! Gracie loves to cuddle and play.  She loves running in the yard with the other fur kids.  Mom has lots of trees and obstacles in the yard and she can play tag all day long. Her favorite thing is to be on high places.   She will climb on the back of one of her foster siblings so she can reach what she wants to see.     it keeps her precious feet from getting cold. Her perfect family will be one where her brother Gryffin and I will be together to live out their lives.   They play and sleep and need each other - even if sometimes they play fight, they love each other completely.  She will need a fenced yard to play in because she loves to run. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Female puppy Hi! ...and thank you from the bottom of my heart for visiting my profile!  My name is Maple, and as you can see from my profile pictures, I LOVE TO SMILE.  I have one ear up - and one ear down.  My foster Mom says that makes me special. My siblings and I were born into the Rescue after my pregnant Mom was discarded and abandoned at a soccer park.  Luckily, a very nice family took my Mom home and fostered her through AARF.  My foster family took very good care of her until I was born.  Did you see all of my adorable baby pictures?  Yup, I'm a cutie!  I'm not very big - but my heart is gigantic .  I am a very loving girl with a delightful personality - I make my family laugh out loud daily with my silly expressions and clutsy moves.  My foster mom says that I'm bright and I learn quickly - especially when she has treats for me!  I'm learning basic commands - how to "sit", "shake", I walk well on a leash, and I have conquered potty training.  Most days, you will find me following my foster mom around, playing in the yard with my foster family, going for walks, or napping on my bed.  I love to go for rides in the truck and I sit like a lady in the front seat.  I'm currently looking for a family who will give me lots of love and is ready for me to give all my love to them.  Is that you?  I sure hope so!  Thanks again for stopping by!  Love and kisses, Maple.             Weight - oz Name Birth Order Sex Time 29-Mar 4-Apr 10-Apr 13-Apr 17-Apr 24-Apr 5-May Mapple 4 Female 8:49am 10.95 21.85 36.70 43.75 49.80 70.65 99.85 =============== Please contact  app@aarfhouston.org for more information about this dog.
