Story
Sidney is white with apricot colors mixed throughout. He has a long tail, which has not been docked like the other puppies.  Born on September 3, meet our Mini Schnoodle puppies — 4monthold little souls who are just beginning to discover what life looks like outside a breeder’s kennel. Their expected adult weight is under 25lbs. They spent their first months on a rural farm, and while they were cared for, they never experienced the world the way puppies should. No toys. No soft beds. No exploring. No real socialization. Just a kennel and each other.  They just arrived, and already we’re seeing the first sparks of curiosity and courage. Every sound, every touch, every toy is brand new to them — and watching them take those first brave steps is incredibly special. They’re exploring, learning, and slowly realizing that people can be safe and comforting. These puppies are sweet, timid, and gentle, and with a little coaching, they absolutely melt into your arms. They want connection — they’re just figuring out how to ask for it. We do not offer separate meetandgreets for puppies. When you schedule an appointment, that visit serves as both your meetandgreet and your adoption day. If you decide not to adopt after meeting the puppy, your deposit will be refunded. Adoption Requirements:  A fencedin backyard suitable for a small dog (no invisible fences). If your condo or HOA does not allow fencing, we may consider your application on a casebycase basis. An adult who is home during the day and able to provide the time, supervision, and companionship a puppy needs.” No crating for puppies. Adopters must use a puppy playpen, which provides a safe, contained space with room to move and reduces stress. We will share recommended options once your application is approved. Children in the home must be 7 years or older. Younger children may be considered if they have grown up with a dog in the household. Homes with no dogs or a small dog will be considered (no multidog households). All puppies are vetchecked, vaccinated, dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have received heartworm and flea preventatives. The adoption fee is $500. When your application is approved, a $50 deposit can be placed to hold him until adoption day.  To adopt, please complete an online application on our website by clicking the "Adopt" button under the puppy's photo. www.indianasaveadog.com.  ##2627829##

Story
Teddy is the cutest puppy we have ever seen! He's a tiny little chaos bear - full on teething and the typical puppy high energy...he adores wrestling with his foster siblings - his best friend is a 50lb pit bull mix (also up for adoption!). Teddy requires a home with other dogs in it. He is fine with children though no babies as he is so small that rough hands can hurt him easily. He is still working on housetraining so please dont apply if youre not willing to housebreak him. Teddy is fostered in Hoston TX and will not be transported until adopted. His adoption fee is $850 (plus transit if not local). In order to be considered as his new paw-rents, you must fill out an application at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. Inquiries to this ad alone will not receive a response due to high volume and low follow though by adopters. https://youtube.com/shorts/x1AK9lxD5tI?feature=share

Story
Cashew is a senior 12 year old male Apricot Toy Poodle. Sadly was dumped out in the cold freezing snow, partially blind from cataracts, with a severe UTI and severe dental disease. Sweet fun good boy. All issues resolved. Recent bloodwork, full dental with extractions. Hypothyroid, 1/2 pill, twice a day. Happy lucky sweet boy. He is housebroken to go outside or belly wrap indoors. Not a barker as he is partially deaf. Gets along with other cats and dogs. Very bonded to his owner, wants to stay close. He loves to get groomed. Anyone would be lucky to get him. Not recommended with small kids or large rambunctious dogs with his limited vision and delicate nature. Cashew is neutered, vaccinated, 4x SNAP tested negative, current on preventative, and micro chipped. Thank you for considering a locally rescued dog to adopt. ##2618614##

Story
Jacob is a tiny little puppy know as a Chorkiepoo, a chihuahua/yorkie and Poodle pup. He is a spirited little guy who will start out a bit shy. He was born in a commercial breeding facility and dogs not have the same puppy experiences a dog might have that was born in your home. He wasn't exposed to the same things at an early age. That being said, he is learning and adjusting well now that he is with us. He is a happy guy who loves to play with his mates. He will need house training and regular training like any puppy would. He does like to vocalize so he will be best suited for a home rather than an apartment or condo setting. Jacob is a little guy causing him to be more fragile, He can't be in a home with little kids but would be fine with older kids. Like all puppies, he will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all puppies—not only to give Jacob important learning skills, but because you and your puppy will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together. Jacob is fully vetted. He has been neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of his adopter. His adoption donation is $600..00. He is on the hunt for his own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Liam wants to be sure his family is all in for better or for worse! IF INTERESTED IN A PUPPY (UNDER 12 MONTHS): You must have a very flexible work schedule or someone home all day. Puppies need to be let out to potty often. They need socialization, bonding, and training (housetraining and behavioral training). If you work long hours, have a busy social schedule, or are not financially secure, then a puppy is not for you. We adopt in and to the local Chicago metro area. We require home visits. If you would like to apply to be considered as an adoption candidate, please fill out an application for adoption on our website at: https://www.rescuetailsanimalwelfare.org/info/adoption We are all volunteers with full-time jobs. We try to get back to all applicants within 72 hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email/ Do not call. There is no one to answer a phone, RescueTailsAnimalWelfare@gmail.com. Rescue Tails Animal Welfare is an in home volunteer foster based rescue. We are not a brick and mortar. There is no building to visit If you aren’t looking to adopt but still would like to help, please consider a donation for his food, housing, and veterinary care.
