You must be able to provide a previous Vet reference of care of a previous dog in the potential adopters names under 3 years ago. If you have not owned a dog before we would not be able to move forward.

Maggie is 6 years old, 12lbs small mini and a sweet, happy and super smart energetic Poodle. We are looking for a family that will exercise her on a daily basis. Maggie deserves a great family that will love her and in return she will love them to full capacity, with kisses and hugs, she loves tummy rubs and any attention she can get. She would be great as an only dog as she is very human gravitated and wants to be right next to you. Maggie runs like the wind and loves it, so a fenced in yard attached to your home is absolutely necessary.
Please be aware that we must do and require what is in the best interest of our dogs. We have evaluated their needs and what will be the best home for this particular dog. So please be respectful of what the dog actually needs rather than what you want if she is not a match.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION:
Fenced in yard without exception (physical fence for running off leash, attended) No electric fences.
Someone who loves to walk.
Someone home most or all of the day (no home for lunch situations or dog walkers or daycare)
MUST be prepared to take an integrative approach to vet care and nutrition. (Holistic and conventional care combined and minimal vaccines)
NO other dogs, NO cats

ALL of our dogs are in private foster homes in Massachusetts, you will meet the dog after completing an adoption application and we arrange a home visit and bring the dog with us.
We are in Massachusetts and only adopt to a 75 mile radius of Dover, MA..
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines/titers, dental cleanings if needed, Micro chipped and go home with their history folder, harness, leash, collar and the food they are being fed.
