** NOW URGENT REQUEST** We received a request to help a little gal named Molly.... what we know: ✔️ Her momma passed away recently 😢 ✔️ Her dad is looking to sell the house and move because he has very limited mobility and cannot properly care for Molly 💔 ✔️ Molly is (guessed by dad - come on we know mom's know best 🥺) •8? yrs old •spayed •not current on shots •Beagle •unknown if good with kids •unknown if good with cats •a "yes" for good with other dogs **She is NOT with the rescue , UNTIL we have a commitment from a home looking to foster her to ensure she gets UTD with shots and any possible rehabilitation she may need before rehoming Apply Here: www.whatsupdogg.org/fosterapplication

Story
DeeDee is a 6 year old Basset Hound/Beagle mix weighing 34 pounds. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender. DeeDee is a sweetheart! She is very affectionate,playful and smart. Favorite toys are tennis balls and stuffies. She knows commands sit, shake (both paws), dance, up and fetch. She loves to go on walks and follow her nose while doing great on a leash. When not playing or exploring she'll be by your side or in your lap, used to being on the furniture. Good with other dogs, previously lived with a larger dog. Great wtih bathtime but hates her nail trims. Does well on car rides. Crate trained. Is a chewer when stressed. Housebroken.Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00. Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review. Please note, we do not offer same day adoptions and there is a $10 non-refundable application fee.Come and meet your new best friend today! The Humane Society of Sandusky County is open Monday -Friday 1pm - 5pm and Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm. Also, be sure to check us out on FaceBook!
