Onyx is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed beauty with a sleek black coat, striking white markings, and an expressive face that’s hard to forget. We believe she may have some Walker Hound in her, and her elegant features certainly fit the bill. At just 32 lbs, she’s a great medium size — easy to handle, easy to love.Onyx is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed beauty with a sleek black coat, striking white markings, and an expressive face that’s hard to forget. We believe she may have some Walker Hound in her, and her elegant features certainly fit the bill. At just 32 pounds, she’s a wonderful medium size — easy to handle and easy to love. Sweet and affectionate, Onyx gives the impression that she once knew the finer things in life and would very much like to return to them. She is both crate trained and house trained, making her an easy addition to a home. Her play style is bouncy and fun, but when the excitement winds down, she is more than happy to settle in for attention and cuddles. Onyx has proven to be dog friendly with both big and small dogs alike, showing appropriate, social behavior across the board. She would enjoy a canine companion or do well as a social pup with dog friends. She does have one very firm opinion: wet paws are a hard no. Rainy days and puddles are absolutely not her vibe, and she makes that clear in the most endearing way. Onyx is looking for a family who will appreciate her gentle nature, charming personality, and funny little quirks — and who is ready to give her the comfort and love she deserves.
