Catrina may have a lot to say when she's feeling unsure, but underneath those nervous little meows is a truly sweet cat just looking for a place where she can finally relax.
New people and unfamiliar surroundings can be a little overwhelming for her, and she isn't afraid to voice her concerns. When she's scared, Catrina becomes quite vocal, letting everyone know she'd much rather take things slow. But don't mistake her nervous chatter for a lack of affection—she simply needs a little patience and understanding as she adjusts.
Once she realizes she's safe, Catrina's gentle personality begins to shine through. She's a sweet girl who will thrive with someone willing to let her build trust at her own pace. A quiet home, a cozy hiding spot, and a family that understands shy cats will go a long way in helping her blossom. She lived with adoptable kitty Fluffy, and she does well with other cats.
The most rewarding moments often come from the cats who need a little extra time. With love, patience, and reassurance, Catrina has all the potential to become a wonderful companion for the person willing to give her that chance.

To adopt, come see us! We're open for walk-ins Tuesday - Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM with adoptions closing at 4:30 PM each day. All adoptions are $25 and our pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to head home with you.
