Story
Ponyo's world changed overnight after she lost the family she loved. She shared a special bond with an 11-year-old little girl and spent weeks searching for her, reminding us just how deeply animals love and grieve. Today, Ponyo is ready for a new beginning. She is one of the sweetest, friendliest cats you'll ever meet. Ponyo is incredibly affectionate, loves being around people, and absolutely adores children. She would make a wonderful family cat and will happily soak up all the cuddles, attention, and love you have to give. Ponyo enjoys the company of other cats and would do best in a home with one or two feline friends. She's not a fan of dogs, but with slow, proper introductions, she may be able to live peacefully with a calm, respectful dog. If you're looking for a social, loving companion with a heart as big as her purr, Ponyo is waiting to meet you.

Story
### Meet Lily 🤍 Lily is a sweet 6-year-old girl who has become incredibly special and dear to us. This little cuddle bug has truly grown on us, and the more we’ve gotten to know her, the more we’ve fallen in love with her. Lily’s story has had more heartbreak than any kitty should have to experience. She spent the first three years of her life with an older gentleman who loved her dearly. When he passed away, a kind neighbor took Lily in and gave her another loving home. For the next three years, Lily had someone to call her own again, until tragedy struck a second time and her owner passed away. Sadly, Lily was then left outside before eventually making her way to us. After losing two people she loved and experiencing so much change, it’s understandable that Lily struggles with anxiety when she first meets someone. She doesn’t handle sudden changes particularly well and needs a little time to figure out that she’s safe. But **Lily is so incredibly worth the patience.** Once she trusts you, you get to see the Lily we know and love. She is the undisputed queen of the tallest cat tower and expects her food bowl to be personally delivered to her royal perch. 👑 She is VERY food motivated and considers Churu and catnip among life’s greatest inventions. She loves kisses, affection, and being spoiled by her people. But Lily’s absolute favorite thing is cuddling up with you and watching TV together. She is such a loving, affectionate girl once she feels comfortable, and there’s something incredibly special about earning her trust and becoming one of her people. Lily gets along with both cats and dogs, although proper, patient introductions are a must. She would thrive with someone who understands that she may need a little extra time to adjust to a new environment and won’t rush her. Lily has already had to start over twice in her short life. We want her next home to be the one where she never has to start over again. 🤍

Story
**Meet Treasure** What else is there to say other than **Treasure is a Queen.** 👑 She's queen of the house, queen of her owner's heart, and she carries herself like the beautiful, classy lady she is. But don't let her royal status fool you. Treasure is an **absolute sweetheart** with so much love to give. Treasure originally belonged to a blind gentleman before eventually being rescued and finding her way into the loving home she has today. Since then, she has been incredibly loved and very well cared for. Now this special girl needs someone willing to continue giving her the life she deserves. Treasure is **diabetic**, but please don't let that stop you from wanting to meet her. Diabetes is a manageable condition in many cats, and with a consistent routine, veterinary care, proper diet and insulin, diabetic kitties can continue enjoying wonderful lives. Her insulin can also be filled through a local pharmacy. Treasure may require a little more commitment than the average kitty, but we think a Queen is worth the extra effort. 🩷 She's sweet, she's beautiful, she's classy, and most importantly, **she is so incredibly loved.** Treasure isn't looking for someone to feel sorry for her. She's looking for someone who can look beyond the word *diabetes* and see the wonderful girl standing behind it. **Every Queen deserves her castle. Treasure is simply looking for hers.** 👑🐾 *Courtesy Post: Treasure is not currently in the care of Kitty Whispers Haven. We are helping her owner find her the loving home she deserves.*
