Story
Fluffy & Sweet Pea were found on the Pinellas Bike Trail and were constantly seeking affection from the people nearby, so a concerned citizen brought them to CJ Paws to find a home where they will be showered with love! Since they were used to being outside, their ideal home would be one with a screened in catio where they can sunbathe and feel like they are still outside but will be safe from predators and never have to worry about finding their own food again. *** To apply to adopt one of our animals, please go to our website, http://www.cjpaws.org and visit the Adoptions page. *** Pets can be viewed by appointment only and an approved application is required to make an appointment to meet one of our animals. It can take up to 24 hours to respond to your application and an additional 1-2 business days to have your application approved. Not all applications will be approved. Applications that are incomplete will not be approved. Please include all veterinary information, as we will be contacting your veterinarian. If you have never had a pet before and thus do not have an established vet either in the area or in an area you previously lived in, we recommend adopting from your local Animal Services. Our adoption fee covers spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, monthly flea medication while in our rescue, any medications while in our rescue, an FIV/FeLV test, and the unconditional love of your new family member. Our rescue does not continue to pay for flea medication, vaccinations, deworming, or any other medications after the animal is adopted. All costs and fees accrued after adoption are the responsibility of the new family.

Story
Beautiful fluffy medium-hair black & white tuxedo with cute little ear tufts showing off a hint of Mainecoon heritage. She loves to eat and lounge around the house - especially the couch. She loves being petted and if you are looking for someone to watch TV and read books with, she is definitely your gal. Most importantly Chibi is an emotional support buddy to Ruri. Whenever Chibi is not in the room, Ruri calls out looking for her. She's beautiful, too, like a bunny. Chibi likes to eat and talk. She also is afraid of thunderstorms.
