Charlotte is a great cat. She does not like our other cat, or dogs though. She loves to snuggle and be pet. She loves to be brushed. She's extremely uncomfortable in the house already, and now we are expecting a little one in the spring. She already gets overwhelmed by the dogs and other cat, we fear for her having a baby around (as well as fear for the baby). We'd much rather see her go to a decent home, maybe one where she can be an only cat with lots of loving.

Lionel was a neighborhood cat that became ill and one of the neighbors brought him to the shelter. The shelter thought he was old and wanted to euthanize him, so the neighbor decided to find him a rescue that would save him. We stepped in and took him to the vet and the vet said he was only three years old with a five-year period because he had a hard life of living outside (another reason not to have your cats outside!). He suffered greatly with malnutrition, unhealthy living conditions, and a very poor diet resulting in him contracting FIV, but he can still live a long and happy life with it!  Lionel has since been to the vet and he’s starting to gain weight! We suggest no small children and someone who just wants a kitty cat to hang out with. He likes to hang out on the couch and have an occasional piece of donut with you and loves to snack on people food. He enjoys soft blankies and would enjoy a summer catio.
