Story
Lovell may have a bit of a resting grump face, but don’t let that fool you, he’s an incredibly sweet boy! He’s slow to warm up and will need a cozy “hidey hole” where he can feel safe as he settles in. Once he feels secure, his personality really starts to shine. He especially loves being brushed, which has been a great way to bond with him. As he gains confidence, he’ll come out to explore, though he may still retreat to his safe space if there are sudden movements or loud noises. With time and patience, he continues to grow more comfortable every day. He also enjoys lounging in an open window and taking in the world from a safe perch. Lovell is a bit of a night owl, you might not see much of him during the day, but he becomes more active in the evenings. Once he trusts you, he’ll even join you in bed, happily sleeping at your feet. He’s not a fan of being picked up, but he does enjoy being near his people and absolutely loves neck scratches. Lovell has excellent manners, he uses the litter box perfectly and hasn’t scratched any furniture. He also gets along well with other cats and enjoys following his feline friends around. This sweet boy will thrive in a calm, patient home where he can come out of his shell at his own pace. Lovell is looking for his forever home. Could that be with you? Lovell has had a complete wellness exam, is microchipped, neutered, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $250.00 which includes a free wellness exam within 7 days of adoption. Lovell is currently located in a foster home. Payment is either cash or check.
