Midnight was a young kitten when he arrived and Solo is still a kitten at heart. Solo has blossomed over the past year being in our home after being rescued from a locked dumpster, freezing and alone-- from shuddering each time I tried to pet him to being the welcome crew whenever someone new comes to the house and rubbing on their legs showing affection. He still isn't a fan of being picked up (understandably), but he is always near and is first in line for treats and food time. He jumps around the house parkour-style and sounds like an elephant stomping around even though he only weighs 9lbs. Midnight is the talker of the house. He is always mewing and meowing to me, at me, and around me throughout the day. He loves to play and his favorite "toy" to get his paws on is a roll of paper towels. While Midnight does not enjoy being picked up either, he does love to lay on the couch with me. He will knead the couch blanket while he purrs and purrs, demanding pets and snuggles before curling up for a nap, he's a very loving boy once he warms up to people. About us: Did we just become best friends? Yep! It happened just like that! Midnight was a scared little kitten when he got here, but I let him know that our foster mom was a very reliable food lady and loved us all a lot and soon enough he started to settle in. Our foster mom knew that both of us were a little scared about new situations, so she decided that we'd do best if we could always be with our built-in best friend, so we get to be adopted together! A 2-for-1! I'm jazzed about that because you can always find us together. We eat together, we nap on the kitty heating pads together, we play together, and we get into shenanigans together. If you want to come to meet me and my little buddy, Midnight, fill out an app and chat with our foster mom to set up a time! Midnight and I will be here waiting!--Solo March 26, 2024, 9:11 pm
