Turkish Angora kittens & cats in Dunkirk, New York

Hello. My name is Wiley. I am about 4 years old. I am an orange and white boy with beautiful medium length fur. I was very scared and shy when I first came to the shelter not too long ago. I have several hooman friends that visit me often to try to get me to gain my confidence and come out of my shell. I slowly am starting to trust them and I have to admit it does feel nice when they spend time with me and gently caress me and talk to me. But I am still quite shy, so you’ll need to be patient with me. I mean, don’t expect me to just jump into your lap on first meeting, you know? I live with my friends Munchkin and Abby Rose here at the shelter who I came in with. They are much more outgoing than I am, but maybe someday I can be more like them. I just need a patient person to love me and work with me as I gain my confidence. Maybe it’s all this moving around to different places that’s scaring me. I just need a safe and loving home that I can call my own with a patient and loving hooman for my very own.
