My name’s Pixie and I’m a beautiful house panther with a cute white tuft on my chest!  I can take a while to warm up to people but once I learn you won’t hurt me, I enjoy pets and snuggles.  I’m still working on being held.  I tolerate other cats and I’m not aggressive towards them, but I don’t play with them too often as I’m happy to chill out by myself or with my foster mom.   I do not attend adoption events so please contact All 4 Cats if you’d like to meet me! Meet Gilda! This sweet mama cat was rescued from Craven Pamlico animal shelter with her two babies that were adopted out. Gilda was adopted out also, but a child in the family developed severe asthmatic allergies, so she was returned to us. Super mama, Gilda also took 2 orphans and gave them the chance to survive. Now it's her turn for love and companionship. She is very sweet and social with a medium to long silky coat and tail. It will take her some time to adapt to another kitty or dog in the house, but we hope to help her with this in her foster home. Spencer was adopted by a young lady when she lived in Alaska. She moved to Wilmington, NC and the stress was a bit too much for Spencer. He started acting unwell and she could not afford to vet him properly. It turns out that the stress caused Cystitis, which in turn caused his bladder to swell, causing crystals in his urinary tract and blood in his urine. He is on a round of medication to resolve the issue and will need a prescription food, probably for the rest of his life. Spencer will do best as the only cat in a household, but will eventually coexist with another nice cat with a lengthy introduction time. He will continue to need a low stress family.
