Story
Meet Simon- one half of the famous feline songwriting duo Simon and Garfield! We’re so lucky to have his latest tour stop here at Feline Friends, as we heard Simon is looking to retire from music to enjoy home life. According to his autobiography, “Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Catnip,” Simon wrote the hit single “Homeward Bound” about his search for the perfect human to bring him to his forever home. “I’ve been wanting to settle down with someone who loves giving cuddles and doesn’t mind snuggling up with me in bed most nights,” Simon writes. “I’m a big softy- some people call me a little marshmallow because of my chubby white cheeks! I like to sleep on my back with my paws curled up to my chin, so if someone is willing to scratch my tummy while I snooze, I’d love that too. I want someone who will laugh with me as I clumsily pounce on my string toys and occasionally fall off of furniture out of excitement- yes I have a poofy raccoon tail but I’m not as dexterous as them!” Simon will be holding meet and greets for photos and autographs as he searches for his perfect home. Sign up today! Sweet Simon was born September 2019.
