Turkish Van kittens & cats in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Willow can be a very sweet and friendly cat - she loves attention and purring! Most of the time she just can't get enough! That said, her personality is a bit of a mystery to us and she is in great need of a home who can work with her to figure out her personality. We believe she may be a bit understimulated as an indoor cat and may possibly have a higher prey drive. What this correlates to is a cat who loves attention and loves people, but she will sometimes bite or scratch as you stop petting her or leave the room. She needs an owner that can work with her to a) use a toy or treat to distract/train her when you leave her side b) she may possibly need to be an indoor/outdoor cat c) she may end up doing best as a barn cat (she was found as a stray so has lived outside). She she has adjusted to other cats in the home when introductions were slow and started with playing "footsies" under a door. Willow is definitely in need of a special home who is willing to learn and grow with her. If you are interested in adopting or fostering Willow, please contact Journeyscatrescue@gmail.com
