Check out our webiste for more info.  Applicants must live within 2 hour drive of the Chicagoland area David Bowie is many things, but the first word that comes to mind is FABULOUS. At a whopping 18 pounds, this bigger than life cat has an even bigger personality. As a Turkish Van mix, Bowie will continue to grow for a few more years and will dazzle everyone with his delightful chirps and chinchilla soft fur. He is entirely white except for two "M" shaped gray spots, one on his head and one at the base of his tail- a gorgeous example of this rare breed. His eyes are the most pastel green they almost seem silver, adding to his enchanting physique.  Much like his namesake, David Bowie lives life to the fullest. Constantly exploring all levels of his foster home and singing for attention, there is never a dull moment. He is constantly looking to chase after a feather wand or roll around to catch his automatic butterfly. His white hair floofs all over his body- between his toes, out his ears, and off the flourish of his gorgeous tail. He will rub his face all over you before rolling over to demand belly rubs, and he will stay ready for all the playtime 24/7! His favorite way to get attention is come over to wherever you are sitting and scream before flopping into your lap. He loves a good cuddle. David Bowie would do well with cats and people of alll kinds, including older kids and a respectful cat or two. His energy needs will require him to have hours of play time (or potentially walks out and about) before he digs into his fave food: fancy feast seafood! He is also a fan of all dry food, but he needs to stay hydrated and exercised so it should be kept to a minimum. While he is a big fan of treats, he can't have too many to maintain his healthy stature, but one or two to reward a newly learned trick is always welcomed!
