Story
Rufus is in need of a new foster home. As this boy has been with EAPL for a couple of years it's time that he has a new home! Please email eaplevergreen@eapl.com if you can foster him.   I'm Rufus, a/k/a "Roof the Goof."  I don't mean to brag, but I'm handsome.  And I'm a very good boy.  Look deep into my honey-colored eyes and you'll see that I'm a tender-hearted love bug, hoping for some daily sofa snuggle time. My housebreaking is perfect, I sleep quietly through the night, I don't tear things up, and I will love you with my whole heart.  My sleek coat doesn't shed.  While I can be a bit selective about my canine companions, I love to romp and play with my canine foster sister.  I know how to sit, stay, and lay down. I ride great in the car.  My leash manners are excellent most of the time, but if I see a bunny or another dog, I can get worked up and pull and bark.  I'm working on that, and my trainer friend will give us a free session so you can learn the best way to help me calm myself when I get excited.  My foster is the best, but I'm ready for my forever family!  My adoption fee is $250 Put in an application today eapl.com  March 27, 2024, 12:20 pm

Story
This handsome pup is Peter!  Being a puppy, Peter is a very active curious little guy and while he is happy and content in his familiar surroundings, Peter can be fearful of other dogs. He has been working with a trainer and has made great progress!  He absolutely adores his people and is quite devoted. He is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. Best guess on breed is Vizsla. Peter is about 8 months old and 45 lbs.  If you are interested in adopting Peter please complete an application at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ and we will forward to his mom. ##1820664##

Story
Riley is a very loving 3 year old boy who needs a home with room to play outside. He was adopted and fostered by multiple families prior to me adopting him from a shelter when he was 6months old. He loves to play and cuddle, but does have occasional anxiety issues with certain people or dogs that make him feel uncomfortable. He is a working dog by nature and is very well trained. He loves having a job to do and would have made a good hunting dog if he was trained for it. He loves to play fetch with a ball or frisbee and generally loves to sprint outside any time he can. He generally gets along with other dogs one on one and loves to play. He gets overwhelmed around big groups of dogs so dog parks have not worked well in the past.

HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!! Introducing the best and brightest boy on this side of the Rockies, Vincent! Vincent is a 4-year-old Vizsla mix and is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and ready to be the MVP in your life! Vincent is a true star and graduated from a board-and-train program where he learned and polished up on tons of skills. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and can’t wait to bring all that talent to his new family! Vincent is a confident guy looking for a confident leader to take on the world with. While being a tripod, he lets nothing hold him back from being a normal dog. He loves to go on walks and works with his one back leg like no other! It’s honestly astonishing how resilient this guy is proving to be. He is motivated and active, and he will thrive in a home that provides opportunities for activity, enrichment, and continued skill-building. Vincent knows sit, down, stay, come, heel, place, and has learned to walk on a loose leash. He is consistent with his commands and will be such a fun dog to work and play with long-term! The sky’s the limit for Vincent! Vincent does well with other dogs with proper introduction and socialization. His confidence radiates in all things he does, including when he is with other dogs, so he does benefit from some direction at times when navigating new relationships. He is faithful about following commands and just needs you to complete the puzzle! He has not been tested with cats and would do best with older kids. Vincent is highly intelligent, and his trainer even said he is smarter than most pups. This boy’s future is so bright, he’ll need to wear shades! If you are interested in meeting Vincent, apply today! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##556845##
