Story
This is a very intelligent, highly trained, and people-focused working dog who thrives on structure, engagement, and having a job to do. Indoors she is extremely well-mannered and responsive, and she knows a wide range of commands (can provide videos) and many everyday phrases showing how tuned in she is to her people and routines. She is naturally alert, observant, and protective, always aware of her surroundings, and she would do best in a home that appreciates a smart, active, working-minded dog. She does need to be the only dog in the home, as she is not comfortable or compatible with other dogs, but with people she bonds closely and is very loyal. Due to a recent move into a smaller living situation on a property with limited space, we are no longer able to provide her the room and daily exercise she truly needs. She would do best with an active home that can provide space to run, consistent engagement, and continued training so she can reach her full potential.

This dog was found as a stray/loose dog and is on a 72 hour stray hold while we work to find their home and reunite with their owners. They will be available for adoption at the end of the 72 hour stray hold.
