Recently, Jasmine`s world was turned upside down when her owner moved across the country. While staying with friends, she struggled to adjust to living with their children and pets, so she found her way to the shelter. Understandably, all the new sights, sounds, and smells have made her a little nervous, but every day she`s becoming more comfortable and letting her wonderful personality shine through.In her previous home, Jasmine lived with another dog without any issues and was known for being playful, affectionate, talkative, and friendly with visitors. She`s the type of dog who loves being part of the action and spending time with her people.Jasmine is an active girl who would love a family ready for adventures. Long walks are one of her favorite things, and while she could use a little polishing on her loose-leash skills, she`s eager to learn. In fact, she`s extremely treat-motivated and thinks training sounds like a pretty great deal—as long as snacks are involved! She`s still working on taking treats politely, but her enthusiasm is hard not to love.Her previous owner worked long hours, so occasional house-training accidents happened, but with a consistent routine and a little patience, Jasmine should have no trouble getting back on track. She was trusted with free roam of the house while home alone, which speaks volumes about her overall behavior in a home environment.Jasmine Rose is looking for someone who will give her the stability, love, and adventure she`s been missing. Whether it's chasing a ball, going on adventures, or simply spending time with his favorite people, Boomer is happiest when he's having fun and sharing his affectionate personality. Boomer does need to be the only dog in the home. It's hard to understand how a dog this loving ended up without a home, but we're determined to make sure his story has a happy ending.Boomer is ready to leave his past behind and find a family that will love him, play with him, and never leave him wondering if someone is coming back.If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion with a heart as beautiful as his coat, Boomer is waiting to meet you.Please give this beautiful boy the forever home he deserves. ❤️An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt.
